Huaxinlian Technology is located in the Songshan Lake National High-Tech Industrial Park in Dongguan. It is a national high-tech enterprise integrating the research and development, production and sales of pressure sensors.
It is the only high-tech enterprise in China that masters the core technologies of three ceramic pressure-sensitive components: ceramic piezoresistive, ceramic capacitive, and ceramic piezoresistive flush diaphragm.

Huaxinlian Technology is situated in Songshan Lake National High-Tech Industrial Park, Dongguan. (1) Monolithic pressure sensor
  • The monolithic pressure sensor adopts high-purity refined alumina ceramic substrate, featuring excellent thermal stability and anti-creep performance. It is fully compatible with thick-film screen-printing technology and can stably measure the pressure of various gases and liquids.
  • Built-in temperature compensation circuit, temperature drift < 0.02% FS/℃, low long-term drift, stable and reliable performance.
  • 2x overload pressure, 3x burst pressure, service life of more than 2 million pressure cycles, long working life.
  • Excellent corrosion resistance and particle wear resistance, operating temperature range from -40℃ to 150℃.
  • Compatible with most industrial media, widely used in various industrial pressure measurement scenarios such as HVAC, oil and gas, heavy manufacturing, food and beverage, etc.


(2) Flush diaphragm pressure sensor
  • The flush diaphragm pressure sensor is made of 96% high-purity alumina ceramic (Al₂O₃), capable of withstanding harsh environments, extreme pressure and temperature shocks, with an operating temperature range of -40℃ to 150℃.
  • Burst pressure capability of 5–10 times the rated pressure, and overload capacity of 3 times or higher.
  • Long-term zero-point stability < 0.25% FSO, ensuring high stability.
  • Response time < 2ms, meeting the demand for rapid pressure measurement.
  • Excellent chemical corrosion resistance, suitable for a wide range of media including oil, water, gas and chemical solvents.
  • Verified for reliability with 10 million pressure cycles, delivering long service life. Ideal for high-end applications with strict requirements for long service life, high reliability and overload resistance, such as automotive hydraulic braking, servo hydraulic systems and industrial process control.

(3) Ceramic Module
  • The ceramic pressure module highly integrates a high-precision ceramic sensing core with a dedicated signal conditioning circuit. It features a compact structure and small size, facilitating system-level packaging and rapid integration.
  • The module adopts laser precision calibration and full-temperature-range temperature compensation technology, with a comprehensive accuracy of up to 0.5% FS. It supports multiple standard signal outputs, effectively suppresses temperature drift and zero drift, and greatly reduces customers’ system development difficulty.
  • Operating temperature range: -40℃ to 125℃, fast response, high stability, ready for installation and use.
  • Supports customized output signals including current, voltage, IIC, etc.
  • Suitable for dynamic pressure monitoring, industrial automation control and other scenarios, and can be directly used for mass integration in OEM equipment. 



(4) Ceramic Capacitive Sensor
  • Features optimized EMC design, effectively suppressing external electromagnetic interference and ensuring stable and reliable signal transmission.
  • Wide operating temperature range from -40℃ to 150℃, adaptable to various high and low temperature environments to meet application requirements under complex working conditions.
  • Achieves extremely low temperature drift across the full operating temperature range, maintaining high-precision and stable signal output at different ambient temperatures.
  • Excellent nonlinearity combined with high long-term stability significantly improves measurement accuracy and service life.
  • The sensing element is compatible with a variety of working media including gases, liquids and some corrosive media, suitable for diverse industrial application scenarios.
