Ceramic is widely recognized for its high elasticity, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and impact and vibration resistance. Ceramic pressure sensors, which use a ceramic diaphragm as the sensing material, are the most utilized type after MEMS pressure sensors in pressure measurement applications. Their advantages, such as corrosion resistance, no need for oil filling, and high-temperature resistance, make them widely used in automotive and industrial electronics, including engine systems, HVAC systems, diesel urea tanks, and industrial refrigeration systems. The annual domestic demand is approximately tens of millions of units. Among them, ceramic piezoresistive pressure sensors, with their high cost-effectiveness, are the preferred choice for pressure sensing elements in IoT applications.
After several months of research and product optimization, Dongguan Huaxinlian Technology has launched the industry's first temperature-compensated piezoresistive pressure sensor core, filling a domestic gap and achieving world-class performance.
The CPS18 series ceramic pressure sensors produced by Huaxinlian Technology are made using precision alumina ceramic substrates, advanced thick-film microelectronics technology, high-stability sensitive materials, and crafted through advanced processes such as screen printing, high-temperature sintering, and laser trimming.
The newly released CPS18 series ceramic pressure sensors, through unique circuit and pattern design, employ laser inline active temperature compensation. In typical usage scenarios, the influence of temperature fluctuations on the sensor is nearly zero , significantly reducing the workload during large-scale sensor calibration and greatly enhancing the product's reliability.
The corrosion resistance, “dry” packaging, and high-temperature stability of ceramic pressure sensors give them unique advantages in fields such as refrigeration, chemical, pharmaceutical, and environmental protection. They are gradually replacing conventional pressure sensors like diffused silicon. We can customize ceramic pressure sensor cores in various shapes and sizes according to customer requirements.
